Warrington Fight Night is complete and the results are in.  The event billed as England versus Portugal was a clean sweep from the England side of the competition. Rising United Kingdom Muay Thai talent Dean James punctuated his win with a stoppage over Portugal’s Fernando Machado due to knee strikes. 2011 looks like the year to keep an eye on young nak muay James as he continues to progress in his fight career.  The rest of the results known thus far are as follows:

67kg Andy Thrasher (Erawan, England) wins against Mirko Moisar (Estonia) on points
71 kg Craig Jose (The Faktory, England) wins against Octavio Vasconceles (Challenge, Portugal) on points
50 kg Paige Farrington wins against Monia Santos (Dinamite, Portugal) on points
55 kg Dean James (Pra Chao Sua, England) wins against Fernando Machado (Vitoria, Portugal) by stoppage
