Kombat League World Cup
Coming soon is the second edition of the “Kombat League World Cup 2010” that will take place from April 30th to May 2nd 2010, in Rimini (Italy).
After the initial success of the first edition of the event,a 2nd edition has been planned.
Due to the participation of many different countries and of course many of the Italian fighters who could compete with representatives of all countries of the world another amateur event is being scheduled. The event whether intentionally or not gives room for amateurs to grow and not be wholly reliant on the International Federation of Muaythai Amateur for any level of amateur recognition.
The competitions will be open to any Association which has an agreement with any Federation or promotional Organization, with an unlimited number of competitors without any restriction.
The tournament will be held in Rimini, Italy, same as last year. Competitions will start officially Friday 30th April, but on Thursday 29th the Referees’ Seminar will be held to define the guidelines for refereeing during the competitions. Also Muay Thai refereeing courses will start with Dr. Sawaeng Vitayapitak, Thai Referee from Rajadamnern Stadium and Professor at Muay Thai college in Bangkok. All the foreign referees, wishing to come together with the teams at their own expenses to learn to judge or referee during the competitions can get the official recognition of “Kombat League International Referee”. One has to apply in advance before, so that Kombat League can organize everything, and they must be present at the meeting.

It is also the date where the majority of the teams will arrive and therefore we will register all of them, so that on the day after, when the competitions start, all teams have already registered.
The Sporthall will be 105 Stadium Rimini, one of the biggest in the whole peninsula.
